Ingredients
60ml (2oz) CELTIC SOUL
½ tsp brown sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp water
Ice cubes
Orange peel
Method
Add the sugar, bitters and water in a rock glass and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add CELTIC SOUL, and gently stir. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
When you want a whiskey and coke but want to cut down on your alcohol, this is a great substitute. You really pick up the whiiskey notes and there is a real burn when you swallow. Hits the spot!
I can't belive it is non-alcoholic. I made margaritas for my birthday party and no one was able to tell any difference. This is brilliant.
Love this! I din't have high expectations but I am so glad I gave this a go. Taste just like my regular rum when mixed with coke.
My tastebuds were pleasantly surprised to feel whiskey taste and spiciness but without alcohol. The aftertaste is incredieble too.
Got this for my sister who is pregnant and I am so glad I did. We had the best weekend making margaritas and best thing was waking up the day after feeling great.
