By placing an order for one of these items, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over.

011222, Dear customer, this is a busy time of the year and some of our deliveries might take a little bit longer than usual to reach you. We are working hard and will despatch your order as soon as we receive it but there might be some delays that are out of our control such as Royal Mail strike delays etc. If you are ordering for Christmas and want to make sure that your product arrive before the big day please place your order before 3.30pm on Wednesday 21st December. Anything ordered after this time will be delivered after Christmas.

Whenever a delivery is made to the purchaser, it shall only be delivered to a residential address (or business address). The receiver of the goods must be able to prove to the person delivering that they are a resident or employee at the premises and must be inside the building or at the doorway of the business, house, or flat. (e.g. not standing in the entrance or the grounds or garden etc). Once the products have been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, they become your responsibility.

Delivery Timeframes:

Currently, we fulfil and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatched orders are delivered Monday – Friday. Pre-3pm weekday orders are dispatched the same day. Post-3pm orders are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery failure:

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and don’t recommend customers order for delivery to PO Box addresses. Orders can’t be refunded if they have been sent to a PO Box address. If we attempt to deliver to you at home and no one is there to answer, our courier will leave a card informing you how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will be received at our Returns department.

Delivery & COVID-19:

We will continue our service for as long as it remains permitted by the Government and safe to do so. Due to the current situation of COVID-19, we have been advised that normal delivery services have been impacted and may cause interim delays in certain areas across the UK. This could mean that orders arrive up to 5 working days after dispatch.

We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier. Actual delivery times may vary from estimated times displayed. Highlands, Islands and off shore locations will have extended local delivery transit times.

Shipping Notification:

Where orders have email and mobile numbers provided. Our Parcel carriers, Royal Mail, APC Overnight or others as may be used, will normally communicate directly with you via email and SMS to confirm the tracking details and options for diverting the delivery to a designated neighbour if this is available.

Return/Refund Policy:

Our returns and exchange policy is 30-days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period. Refunds and replacements can only be issued if. The goods are damaged or defective. The goods were purchased directly through this web site. The goods are returned within a 30-day period from receipt. We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). For example, if not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
